Mansi Jasani is a Mumbai based cheese-monger. She holds a masters’ degree in Food studies from the New York University and runs a Cheese brand called the Cheese collective that crafts and retails local and International artisanal cheese. She is the first ever Indian to be a part of the jury of the World cheese awards held in Spain. She has also represented India at the EU cheese expo in Dubai.
