Description
To help deepen the knowledge of EU food and its use in India, the European Union will create a unique experience to help professionals understand the characteristics, production process and application of these foods during a brunch curated using EU ingredients.
During the event, guests will try our exciting mix of recipes from berry blast smoothies, chocolatey waffles, blackberry and Danablu (PGI) crostini to mozzarella avvolta nel Prosciutto di Parma (DPO). All recipes will be crafted from premium ingredients from the EU, such as fruits and vegetables, dairy and cheese, olive oil, chocolates, confections and baked goods, along with pork and poultry products. The guests will include members from the media, influencers, importers, retailers, and the HORECA community.
