EU Culinary Masterclass with Chef Ajay Chopra

The European Union's More Than Food Campaign invites young Indian chefs to a challenge together with renowned Chef Ajay Chopra.

Aspiring culinary practitioners from Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management (GNIHM) in Kolkota will take part in a dedicated masterclass presenting the exceptional qualities of EU food and beverages. 

Campaign ambassador Chef Ajay Chopra will guide students through a gastronomic journey revealing way to integrate products from across Europe into Indian dishes during a special cooking demonstration. 
But he will not be the only one cooking.

GNIHM students will face a challenge: devising a unique dish of their own using aa diverse set of predefine EU products. 

Student will have the change to upscale their culinary skills and learn from Chef Chopra the magic of preparing dishes with EU produce.
