The European Union’s More Than Food Campaign, alongside Chef Guntas Sethi, is hosting an exclusive networking event in Mumbai. Zero Waste Kitchen: Where Sustainability Meets Flavour will showcase how the EU is a leader in sustainable agri-food production, explain how to use sustainably produced EU ingredients in creative recipes, and delight with an interactive tasting session.
Through the Farm to Fork strategy and stringent safety and eco-friendly regulations, sustainability is a fundamental pillar of the European culinary industry. To promote the safety, quality, and authenticity of EU ingredients, Chef Guntas will deliver an unforgettable culinary experience with a focus on cooking with European produce.
Playing on current zero waste trends, Chef Guntas’ menu for the event will highlight creative applications of these concepts using selected food and beverage products. To celebrate Earth Day 2024, we extend this invitation to the HORECA community to join us for an afternoon of embracing sustainable EU products, discovering new approaches to cooking, and being inspired to reduce food waste to zero.
