European Union Pavilion arrives at India Food Forum 2023

From 30 November to 1 December, businesses, the HoReCa sector and the retail sector will have the chance to visit the EU Pavilion at Booth BR18 to discover what makes European food and beverages ‘More than Food’. During this culinary journey at the EU Pavilion Campaign, campaign ambassador Chef Guntas Sethi will host cooking demonstrations featuring some of the relinquished EU ingredients – various types of authentic EU cheese, chocolates, olive oils and fruit and vegetables of all kinds. Visitors will also experience the taste of Europe in every bite, thanks to the product tastings. 

On the second day of the India Food Forum 2020 – 1 December, Chef Guntas Sethi will also join a panel Discussion on the ‘’Future Vision of the Culinary World’’ looking into the role of European ingredients in the rapidly evolving Indian cuisine and taste.
