Masterclass at IHM Mumbai with Chef Guntas Sethi

The European Union's More Than Food Campaign is extending an invitation to aspiring culinary practitioners to a specialized cooking workshop with EU products. This masterclass is set to enhance their culinary expertise while offering an in-depth exploration of the unique attributes that distinguish European ingredients.

Young culinary enthusiasts from Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition in Mumbai will be guided through a profound gastronomic exploration, revealing the fussion of European and Indian ingredients by Chef Guntas Sethi. 

As a campaign ambassador, she will present students from IHM Mumbai the captivating stories of authenticity, sustainability, safety and quality of EU food and beverages. She will show the untapped potential of European Union ingredients in diversifying cooking experiences preparing different recipes that blend EU ingredients into the art of Indian cuisine.
